When asked how did this journey start, Ms Shaila replied that few of her relatives had a beauty parlour and she found it interesting. Once she had basic knowledge from her relatives, she went ahead for gaining professional certification in a number of courses including nutrition, advance beauty course, and skin treatments.

Dreams are what drives us towards future plans, and when asked Ms. Divakar about it, she replied by saying that she sees a chain of salons throughout the country. She also wants a specific idea associated with her salon i.e. a chemical-free salon. In short, she will invest in a number of Beauty treatments that exclude the use of chemicals. Along with this, she also wants to be recognized as a well-known brand in the Beauty Industry throughout the country.
